Behind Frederiksberg Bryghus is the partner couple Claus Hastrup and Lasse Philipsen. Both have many years of experience as handbrewers and have together developed Frederiksberg Bryghus into a company focused on high quality and local commitment.
Brewmaster Claus, a trained teacher with a master's degree in adult learning, takes care of daily production, operations and much more, while Lasse mainly develops recipes, does communication and administration. Lasse graduated in communications from RUC.
